We want you to feel better the moment you enter our clinic. There’s no waiting room, so there’s no waiting!
A ZüpMed concierge will greet you and take you back to your beautifully appointed exam room with your choice of seating, including comfortable zero-gravity recliners. We’ll offer you a beverage and even turn the lights down low and make things extra quiet if you’re experiencing a migraine, dehydration, or a sick tummy.
A fully equipped treatment and minor surgery suite is available with digital X-rays and in-house labs for acute care needs.
We also have an in-house dispensary stocked with common prescription medications and a convenient retail section with over-the-counter medicines, traditional remedies, supplements, and sundries. There’s no need to go to the pharmacy after you’ve been seen.
Whether you are a member or experiencing our unique on-demand concierge medical care as a guest, we are here to serve you and your unique healthcare needs.

No Waiting Room, No Wait Times
There is no waiting room at ZüpMed, because your appointment time reserves your exam room right on time! Unlike many Memphis urgent care clinics or emergency rooms, our medical office provides same- or next-day treatment without long times spent waiting to meet with the doctor.

Urgent Care Treatment
With a Concierge Experience
ZüpMed is an award-winning private medical practice located in the Laurelwood shopping center. Our broad range of services includes expert, same-day Urgent Care for most non-emergency illnesses and injuries.
With digital X-ray, a comprehensive laboratory, and even an in-house dispensary, our experienced providers and physicians are fully-equipped and ready for the assessment and management of:
- Allergies and minor allergic reactions
- Animal bites
- Asthma symptoms
- Back pain
- Bumps, cuts, or scrapes
- Colds, flu, and fevers
- Cough
- Cuts requiring stitches, staples, or glue
- Covid testing and travel consultation
- Ear pain and wax
- Eye irritation, redness, or pain
- Flu, colds, and fevers
- Headache
- Nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea
- Exposure to poison ivy and other noxious plants
- Possible broken bone
- Sinus pressure or pain
- Sexually transmitted infections

Urgent Care or ER?
The ER is best when there is a life-or limb-threatening condition or situation that demands immediate intervention. Even experienced medical providers, though, sometimes have difficulty deciding when an Urgent Care like ZüpMed is sufficient, or an Emergency Room is the safer choice. We’ve tried to make the decision as simple as possible!
Urgent Care Hours
ZüpMed Urgent Care services are available to patients in East Memphis, Germantown, Collierville, midtown Memphis, downtown Memphis, and beyond during our regular working hours of Monday-Friday 8 am-6 pm and Saturdays 8 am-2 pm. We are closed on Sundays.
Urgent Care Payment
ZüpMed does not accept insurance of any kind, but most patients find our charges surprisingly reasonable, and you’ll always “know what you owe”…no surprises!
Patients may either pay at the time of service or may opt to join the ZüpMed Membership program, where, along with many other benefits, embers receive unlimited visits throughout the year. Patients with insurance may submit our “Super Bill” to request reimbursement.
